TERMS OF
SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, games, and digital products provided by Parafield Studios and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to Sunlight Foundation. Parafield Studios is a non-profit organization dedicated to creative development and community projects.

Throughout these Terms, references to "Parafield", "the Studio", "We", "Us", or "Our" refer to Parafield Studios and all subsidiaries managed under its direction (including, but not limited to, Sunlight Foundation).

By using any service under our umbrella, you are entering into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of our software, websites, and associated services.

Parafield uses a multi-tier licensing system to balance open creativity with protected intellectual property:

• Games (Standard): All games not designated as open-source (e.g., Codename Combat) are protected by standard copyright. All rights reserved.
• Music & Assets: Most are released under CC BY or CC BY-NC. Credit the Studio and creators.
• Open Source Tools: Tools designated as open-source use MIT or Apache 2.0 licenses.
• Branding: Internal infrastructure and Studio branding are strictly All Rights Reserved.

We expect a standard of respect. No harassment, exploits, hacks, or disruption of infrastructure.

Content Creation: We encourage Let's Plays and streams! You can monetize them on YouTube/Twitch, just provide credit and don't misrepresent our work as your own.

• Age Requirement: 13+. Minor use requires parental permission.
• No Monetary Value: Virtual items/currency have ZERO cash value.
• Service Availability: No 100% uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to discontinue services, but are committed to open-sourcing projects for preservation if appropriate.

Parafield provides services "as-is". We make no warranties regarding stability or availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from use.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
